The youngest tiny house builder on record has just completed building her micro-home for just $10,000! Ambitious fourteen-year-old Sicily Kolbeck started constructing her 128-square-foot home two years ago as part of a school project and decked out the cozy dwelling with a loft bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. She received help along the way from her successful Indiegogo campaign as well as from community members in the burgeoning tiny house movement.
