The new ZNC (Zola No Compromise) window features a slim profile design, with rail mounted rainscreen cladding and powder coated aluminum exterior for longevity. The first window to be certified by both Passive House Institute and Passive House Institute U.S., and available with R-15 quad glazing. ZNC Fixed Windows can be as large as 8’ W and 10’ H, and Tilt & Turn Windows as large as 5’ W by 9’ H. High performance passive house windows, such as Zola Windows, are a key ingredient in this revolutionary approach to sustainable design. Passive houses must be extremely air-tight and well-insulated, and it is impossible to achieve this in a building without extremely well crafted windows.
