INFOGRAPHIC: 12 of the world’s most iconic man-made structures

No great civilization is complete without at least one iconic man-made structure. Pennywell takes a look at such structures from around the world in this infographic exploring twelve great buildings that have stood the test of time. These amazing structures range from the ancient Newgrange tomb in Ireland to the modern Burj Khalifa in Dubai. A small description accompanies each structure, along with information on the structure’s location, building type, style, and building material.
