Hi,
This page is currently being developed. This page checks Sustainability Blogs and RSS News Feeds for new content and posts it to here each day. The aim is to share information related to sustainability which is relevant to people living in Central Victoria while also providing a channel for international sustainability information. I am just discovering the Internets information sharing potential. I'd like to help other not so tech savvy people learn how to find interesting and new Sustainability info. Please tell me your favorite blogs or news sources and I will add them to the list.
Thanks

Designer Jiwon Choi has created a line of edible “Sweeeeet Tableware” made from a traditional Korean confection called yeot. Yeot is made with various kinds of grains without any artificial additives, and it’s usually served in stick form. It has been enjoyed as a traditional dessert for centuries, and today it’s found mostly in tourist attractions in Korea. Choi sought to make Yeot into a playful and enjoyable set of tableware that glorifies the traditional snack. The set includes petite-sized bowls and plates to serve various kinds of traditional Korean desserts in the sweetest way. The line is part of the Seoul Utopia Project (SUP).
