With traffic congestion in urban areas growing at an alarming rate, it’s only a matter of time until some cities start banning cars. To address the changing needs of urban mobility MINI just unveiled the Citysurfer – a folding electric concept scooter that can transport commuters to the “last mile” of their destinations without adding to existing traffic congestion.
