Well, it isn’t April 1st, and the press releases appear to be authentic, so we have to believe that this is true: MakerBot has launched a co-branding effort with Martha Stewart. So does that now make former startup MakerBot, officially, your mother’s 3D-printing firm? Under the new partnership, MakerBot will sell their PLA filament in three of Martha’s favorite colors: Jadeite, Robin’s Egg, and Lemon Drop, in addition to producing “Martha Stewart for MakerBot Digital Store collections, with models to be purchased, downloaded and 3D printed on a MakerBot Replicator® 3D Printer.”
