The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and architect Raymond Moriyama have launched the new biannual Moriyama RAIC International Prize, which will rival the renowned Pritzker and Stirling Prizes. The $100,000 CAD prize will be awarded every two years through an open competition to a project or even a non-architect for their contribution to the building environment.
