Electric vehicle drivers, how would you like it if your vehicle was charged wirelessly by stopping or passing over a charger underneath the surface of streets? Primove , a subsidiary of transportation giant, Bombardier , will be putting this very concept to the test in Manheim, Germany in a few months time with the use of wireless electric bus charging via induction. The two buses used in the trial will be charged with “invisible” inductive technology created Primove, with chargers installed below the asphalt of existing bus routes.
