When we first spied Heather Kocsis’ booth at this year’s Architectural Digest Home Design Show, we wondered why people were staring so intently at what appeared to be ordinary paintings. But upon further inspection, we realized that what we thought were flat works of art were actually 3-D assemblages made of reclaimed wood depicting tiny scenes of NYC. From water tank towers to fire escapes to even Yankee Stadium, these delightful dioramas will transport you to New York no matter where you are. Click through our gallery here to see them all.
