Alicia Tapia, a passionate school librarian, is biking around the city with a traveling pop-up library that she tows in a mini trailer. Capable of holding 100 free books, the library-on-wheels was started as a successful Kickstarter campaign that now spreads the love of reading to neighborhoods across the city.
