Love furniture with personality? Design studio Toer takes expressive fixtures to a new level with Moti, a kinetic lamp that inflates into a radiant sphere in response to movement. Toer unveiled Moti this week as part of the ‘Moving Design’ exhibit, a line of new interactive lights launched at Lambrate 14. The speed at which the Moti lamp inflates depends on the environment: Moti inflates slowly in quiet and peaceful surroundings, but will shiver and inflate faster in response to active settings. Moti comes in three different types and sizes and each LED lamp comprises a multiplex base with an HDPE inflatable shade.
