Focused on the idea of making Stockholm a protein-sustainable city, the innovative team from Belatchew Arkitekter’s studio Belatchew Labs designed the curious Insect City and Buzz Building complex to house full-cycle cricket production, from egg to plate. Belatchew Labs has presented the cricket producing Insect City and Buzz Building Complex as a means to feed the city with an environmentally-friendly production process.
