Google just announced the winner of the 2014 Doodle 4 Google competition: 11-year-old Audrey Zhang from Long Island, New York! For the seventh year, Google asked children from grades K-12 to draw an invention that would make the world a better place. Audrey’s work, Back to Mother Nature, is a fantastical water purifier that turns dirty polluted water into fresh, clean H2O. The doodle has been animated and can be seen on the Google homepage today!
