French billionaire and EV entrepreneur Vincent Bolloré recently joined the people of Indiana in celebrating the launch of America’s largest electric car sharing service. Called BlueIndy, the fleet of small, four-seater cars will make it convenient and affordable for anyone in the city of Indianapolis to get around in a low-emission electric vehicle. According to a press release, Bolloré chose Indianapolis for his U.S. expansion because of the Mayor’s Energy Security Initiative announcement in December and the leadership efforts of the Energy Systems Network to expand electric vehicle adoption.
