Looking to bring a splash of green into your tiny city apartment? Check out Cella, a new, creative product designed by firm Ecoid that aims to bring urban people closer to nature. Constructed of flexible, lightweight plastic to house moss and small plants, each modular pod creates a microclimate that allows plants to thrive both indoors and outdoors. Cella is uniquely adaptable in that it can be attached to walls and roofs, massed together to create a carpet, or simply stand alone. This portable, self-contained habitat also comes in different sizes and can be linked with other units, giving the user flexibility to be creative with their Cella designs. Want to get your hands on Cella? Help support the Cella Kickstarter to make the sustainable technology affordable for families all around the world!
