Virgin Group founder Richard Branson is no stranger to blazing new paths, but this time he isn’t focused on travel or mobile technology, but parental leave. Under the company’s new policy, both moms and dads can have up to a year of paid maternity leave. “I know how magical the first year of a child’s life is but also how much hard work it takes ,” Branson, who is both a father and grandfather explained.
