Volkswagen announces plan to invest $10 million in electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Now that Volkswagen’s electric e-Golf is rolling into dealerships, VW continues to announce new efforts to support the further adoption of electric vehicles in the U.S. Last month VW announced that it is teaming up with BMW to add 100 DC fast charging stations in the U.S. and now its announced plans to invest $10 million to support electric vehicle infrastructure by 2016.
