September 11 Memorial Museum Ribbon Cutting Takes Place in New York City

After overcoming numerous obstacles from financial woes to flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy, New York was finally able to cut the ribbon on the National September 11 Memorial and Museum this morning. President Obama was joined by 9/11 survivors, victims’ families and responders in Lower Manhattan to dedicate the museum ahead of its official opening next week.
