An Indian entrepreneur has come up with a design for a refrigerator made entirely from clay that can keep food cool without using electricity. Mansukhbhai Raghavbhai Prajapati, a Gujarat-based potter, makes this natural refrigerator called MittiCool as an alternative for people in rural areas who can’t afford conventional refrigerators.
