Do you love the idea of a home full of lush plant life, but can’t seem to keep your plants alive? Dutch company Pikaplant has come up with a couple of great ideas that can help everyone bring a bit of greenery into their lives. Their no-maintenance flowering plants and self-watering garden shelving systems provide two different options for the absent-minded gardener. The no-maintenance plants (orchids or bromeliads) are hermetically sealed and thrive in the humid, nutrient packed air within each jar, while the vertical gardening system is comprised of a self-propelling ebb-and-flow watering system that just needs to be topped up with water once a month. No electricity, no fuss, no diligence required.
